| The Korea Foreign Teacher Recruitment Association (KFTRA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the English industry of South Korea. Our mission is to provide leadership, advocacy, and information to the public and all involved and impacted by the English industry of South Korea. Our role is to provide standards for business practices and responsibilities of recruitment agencies, English academies, ESL teachers for a strengthened relationship to create Korea as the most sought after country to teach ESL. We are committed to creating an honest, safe, informed marketplace that allows for the partnership for a new future for South Korea becoming truly an internationalized nation.
